How do I choose my size?
The corrector comes in five sizes, from S to XXL, and each is adjustable for a personalised fit. Measure loosely around your chest, just under the arms, and choose the size that matches our size guide on the product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort.
How long should I wear it each day?
Start gently. We recommend wearing it for around 20–30 minutes a day for the first week, then gradually increasing the time as your body adjusts. Listen to your body — comfort comes first, and consistency matters more than long sessions.
Can I wear it under my clothes?
Absolutely. The slim, low-profile design is made to sit discreetly under everyday clothing, so you can wear it wherever your day takes you.
What is it made of?

How do I care for it?
Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and air dry. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, bleaching or ironing to keep the brace in its best shape.
When will I see results?
Everyone is different, but many people notice they feel more aware of their posture within the first couple of weeks of regular use. Posture is a habit — the more consistently you wear it, the more natural standing tall becomes.
